Course Title: OXYGEN for Couples, Taste of OXYGEN, & OXYGEN for Parents & Teens

Target Audience: Couples & Parents & Teens

OXYGEN FOR COUPLES

This curriculum has two-course lengths: Full OXYGEN (8-10 hours) or TASTE OF OXYGEN (60-90 Minute)

1. The full OXYGEN FOR COUPLES course offers a roadmap for couples to deepen their communication, better understand each other’s differences, create closer intimacy, and understand the power of forgiveness. It is highly interactive and includes breakout sessions. Each couple creates an action plan for their relationship for each section. This course also includes two assessments (the OXYGEN Assessment & the Couples Checkup) to help each couple better understand themselves as an individual and as a team.
2. The TASTE OF OXYGEN. These single-topic (60-90 min.) courses allow for flexibility in choosing the topic. Facilitators can mix and match the various subjects depending on the length of the event. Topics include Love & Money, Managing Life’s Transitions, Communication, Connection Through Conflict, Understanding Differences, & Love Styles.

OXYGEN FOR PARENTS & TEEN

This course looks at aspects such as communication, anger, how to handle conflict, forgiveness, and more. It seamlessly contextualizes these hard conversations in a way that translates well for teens and their parents. The focus of this course is to help teens better understand their identity and help parents create a model for connection and better communication within their homes and relationships with their kids. Ultimately, this course builds stronger, healthier relationships and communication between parents and teens.

As part of the OXYGEN training, each participant will also get to work with a professional speaker coach who specializes in helping facilitators connect their own stories to the curriculum to create an engaging and life-changing experience for their attendees.
