RELEASE OF RIGHTS to STRONGER FAMILIES

For photos and videos

I grant my permission to STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS, its legal representatives and assigns (Stronger Families) to photograph (or for a minor under my guardianship to be photographed) while participating in or attending events or activities. The term “photograph” includes STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS video or still photography in any format, and any other means of recording, including audio recording or reproducing images. I authorize the use, publication, reproduction, and disclosure of such photograph(s) to assist educational, fundraising, public relations, promotion, marketing, news media and charitable goals, including, but not limited to:

-Education of STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS employees, agents, volunteers, donors, and the public regarding STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS programs and services;

-Publicity associated with STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS programs, services, fundraising, education, or newsworthy events; and

-Promotion of STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS charitable activities and mission (collectively, the “Authorized Uses”). I grant STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS and its legal representatives, third-party licensees, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right, in perpetuity, to use and publish my name, voice, likeness, image and biographical information in connection with the Authorized Uses in any and all media. I also grant the STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS the right to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. I waive any right to compensation for such uses. I further agree that STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS will own any and all rights, including, but not limited to, derivative rights in the photographs. I hold STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS, its employees, legal representatives, and assigns, an any other person or entity associated with STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS harmless from STRONGER FAMILIES: FIRST RESPONDERS and against any claim, including, but not limited to, misappropriation, right of publicity, and invasion of privacy, resulting from the Authorized Uses.
