Just like oxygen itself, this experience breathes life into relationships and catalyzes real change and impact.
The OXYGEN Seminar gives couples a roadmap to deepen communication, better understand each other's differences, create closer intimacy, and understand the power of forgiveness. It is highly interactive, includes breakout sessions, and has each couple build an action plan for every section. Two assessments, the OXYGEN Profile Assessment and the Couple Checkup, help each couple understand themselves as individuals and as a team.
Two formats to fit your event: the full course runs 8 to 10 hours, and any single Taste of OXYGEN topic runs 60 to 90 minutes. Mix and match to match your window.

OXYGEN for Singles & Leaders
A mission-ready curriculum that equips military personnel with the relational intelligence and emotional resilience they need to lead others and build healthy relationships in every sphere of life.
The course builds what we call Relational Readiness: the self-awareness, communication skills, and emotional tools needed to succeed in friendships, dating, leadership roles, and family systems. Whether single by choice, between relationships, or preparing for a future partnership, participants learn to show up with clarity, character, and confidence. It is especially powerful for young service members, chaplain teams, and first-time leaders, cultivating both personal maturity and spiritual fitness.

OXYGEN for Families
A weekend designed for parents and their teens, whether that is both parents with one teen or one parent with several.
The event helps families build deeper connections. Through stories, discussions, breakouts, and brainstorm sessions, parents and teens come to understand each other better, resolve conflict better, establish healthy boundaries, and start to work through the hurts and hangups in their relationships.
It works through communication, anger, conflict, and forgiveness, and contextualizes these hard conversations in a way that translates for teens and their parents alike. Teens grow in understanding their identity, and parents gain a model for connection and better communication at home.
The parent and teen weekend includes
- 6 sessions
- Participant guides with content, action plans, and additional resources
- The OXYGEN Profile Assessment for parents and teens
- Two Stronger Families facilitators (contact us for details)
The OXYGEN Profile Assessment
The backbone of the OXYGEN experience. It maps each person's behavioral styles and motivational drivers, and it is built into the OXYGEN Seminar, the Relational Readiness series, and the Parents and Teens weekend.
The OXYGEN Profile Assessment combines decades of behavioral research with proprietary algorithms to deliver an integrative picture of how each person connects, communicates, and is motivated. Rather than a generic label, it tailors its results to each individual's responses, turning self-awareness into practical insight that participants and facilitators can use right away.
What sets it apart
- Maps behavioral styles and motivational drivers, not just a personality type
- Grounded in decades of behavioral research and science
- Developed with neuroscience and EEG brain imaging
- Independently validated by third-party statistical review
Helps each couple understand themselves as individuals and as a team.
Uncovers each person's core relational style for dating, friendships, and leadership.
Gives parents and teens a shared language for connection and communication.
Patterns, not problems
The assessment behind the After the Storm workshop in the Taste of OXYGEN series. A confidential, non-diagnostic reflection tool that helps service members, veterans, first responders, and their spouses see how stress may be shaping their relationship, in about five minutes. No clinical jargon, no diagnosis, no judgment, and every result ends with one concrete next step.
Six patterns of stress in a relationship
Emotional Distress
Anxiety, guilt, heaviness, helplessness, or emotional fatigue.
Disconnection & Withdrawal
Emotional distance, isolation, or loss of connection.
Cognitive Strain
Mental overload, overthinking, replaying events, fatigue.
Behavioral Coping
Avoidance, numbing, overcontrol, or short-term relief habits.
Hyperarousal & Reactivity
High alertness, irritability, sleep disruption, quick escalation.
Relationship Impact
How stress is affecting safety, connection, and the couple bond.
It opens the conversation, giving a couple shared, non-threatening language for stress they may never have named out loud. It lowers the barrier because it is private and non-diagnostic by design, and it points toward growth: every result ends with a doable next step that can become a bridge to deeper care, a referral, or a follow-up conversation with you.
It works as a retreat opener, a resilience training check-in, or a warm-up before a counseling conversation, on any device in minutes. Issue a single link or QR code for a retreat, unit, or chaplaincy program, and a private dashboard shows participation and the patterns showing up across a group.
This assessment is not a diagnostic or clinical evaluation. It is intended for self-awareness, reflection, and relational growth. It is a mirror, not a diagnosis, and recognition, not a label. It names patterns already present so a couple can talk about them, which is exactly what keeps it in the chaplain's lane and safe alongside licensed counselors. Responses stay private, and a couple's reports are only ever combined when they choose to pair, so nothing is shared without the participant's own action.
